Charm Event Directors was formed in 2014 by a few passionate event professionals that had over a decade of experience in the industry. As fanatical we as we were then about delivering events, we found ourselves hungry to be better and hungry to be different. We wanted to break away from the traditional agency model, become an intrinsic part of the organisations we partner with and do the very best work possible. Five years on, we have grown our organisational family and our business has flourished alongside the organisations we continue to work with.

She has dedicated her whole career to the Events industry and has over 15 years of experience in almost every role imaginable. As Event Director, Lou places great emphasis on a proactive approach to working and believes that good outcomes are built from great relationships.
Joanna is a company founder who leads the logistical design and delivery of key event projects. Her vast experience has seen her working with an extensive range of clients across diverse business sectors. As Event Director, Jo is a creative thinker that effectively leads complex projects to successful delivery, on time and in budget. Joanna believes the difference between good and great is the attention to detail.
Kevin is Charm-ED’s go-to technical expert! Kev has broad knowledge and experience across all areas of technical production; including lighting, sound, video, set design and scenic builds. As technical lead on many of our key projects he is dynamic in his approach and believes in continuous innovation and creativity to realise your vision. Kevin works closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
