As a company founder, Louise leads the production design and delivery of key events projects for Charm Event Directors and she place great emphasis on a proactive approach and believe that great outcomes are built from good relationships. With over 15 years of experience in the event industry and managing budgets of up to £5 million, Louise has a proven track record of successfully delivered events, roadshows and multiple year development programmes across the globe and across many industries, including retail, automotive, insurance, electronic, FMCG and pharmaceuticals.
